The Workshop started off with an ‘easy’ 15 second numbers exercise which actually turned out to be not so easy. This provided more than a few giggles but set the scene by showing us the importance of breaking down the bigger picture in order to achieve our Goals.
Peter had our full attention by this stage and the captivated audience took in every word. When it came time to write down what our goals were, pens were flying and no-one could get their goals down on paper quick enough before the next though or goal was being mulled around in their heads.
While some took to setting Personal goals, most were formed around their Crossfit Goals (and why wouldn’t you?). I think it’s pretty safe to say that the wisdom imparted by Peter has worked its magic due to the numerous PB’s hit in the following days!
We were lucky enough to have a few friends join us and make sure that all our needs were taken care of for the night. Connie from Caveman Foods made sure that our Bellies were full while Anthony and Daniel from Primal Nutrition ensured we stayed alert with their Recovery Elixirs. And just when you though it couldn’t get better we had our resident Chiro, Tegan explain the importance of looking after our bodies with regular adjustments.
All in all the night was a huge success and everyone left with a smile on their faces.
